No One is instantly recruited into our group when they apply.
This is because we are a positive, respectful, social and interactive group and we expect anyone that wants to become a Full Member to also possess those qualities. The process we take when someone has applied to become a -={U.S.P}=- Full Member is to first get to know that person in-game and on Discord via voice chat. This could take at least 1 to 6 months.
Obviously, the more often we communicate, interact and socialize with someone, the quicker we get to know them and the quicker the application and voting process moves.
At this point all active and current -={U.S.P}=- Full Members will be presented with a minimal (excluding any personal information) copy of the applicants application asking them to vote “Yes” or “No” about the person that wants to join. Current members will have 7 to 14 days to cast their vote. A minimum of 5 votes are needed to complete the application process. If there are less than 5 votes cast then the application process pauses until the minimum of 5 is reached.
All votes Positive or Negative are private and will only be seen by me. This is to ensure that all current -={U.S.P}=- Full Members are comfortable and honest about their vote.
When I get all the votes that are needed, if all of the votes are “Yes” then the application will be processed and the applicant will be sent a Welcome and Acceptance email and they will be admitted as a -={U.S.P}=- Full Member!
Unfortunately if we receive just one “No” vote for whatever reason (which will remain private) the applicant will not be recruited or admitted as a -={U.S.P}=- Full Member.
A courtesy email will then be sent to the applicant informing them about this outcome. This is a safeguard only because we do not want any current -={U.S.P}=- Full Members that have earned their time and seniority with our group to feel uncomfortable or unsure about any particular applicant joining our group.
So please follow all rules, communicate, interact and socialize with us but most importantly, be patient.
Wishing you the best of luck,
The Doctros…
